The room we stayed at were poorly cleaned, i just took off my sandals and 3 seconds later my feet is covered with dirt. The bathroom smells nasty.

Stayed here for one night and it was perfect.
Stayed here for one night and it was perfect. Really clean. Had a very large room with ensuite bathroom. There was a tv, fridge and kettle in the room which was great. Impressed with the secuirity guard outside for the night. Felt very safe. Bed was comfortable and really we just had a nice stay for a good price.
Didn't love the location. Seemed out from the city centre but that didn't bother us as we were only there for one night. There was an ATM just a one min walk from the accommodation and a large supermarket maybe 15 min walk away.

Excellent boutique hotel. I would stay there again and again and again and . . .
The rooms are quite spacious, very "old school" compared to modern hotels where you can barely squeeze into the room. Having a refrigerator is a plus.
Taxi drivers can't find the hotel, even when given specific instructions, such as "It's on M.L. Queson near the junction with Hernan Cortez". Bigger sign might help?

What was the highlight of Sabina Suites
Very satisfied!
I found this an excellent alternative to a hotel. Nice room with AC, good bed, big fridge, shower and toilet. Very helpful manager and his assistant, often asking if I needed the apartment cleaned or the bedsheets changed. Toiletries and towels are supplied. Electric kettle. Security guard at the main entrance in the evening (and presumably all night). A small shopping mall, Jollibee, 7-11 and a small market are all nearby.
Maybe it's normal in apartments in the Philippines, but I missed cooking facilities. So you can make coffee in the room, but for hot food you have to go outside. Too far to walk to the centre of Cebu but there are plenty of tricycles and taxis.
